Since the October 1 elections, Georgia's new government has drawn controversy mainly over its domestic policies. Meanwhile, the government has pledged to continue the efforts toward Euro-Atlantic integration, and hopes to move toward an Association Agreement with the EU at the Vilnius summit of the Eastern Partnership.
